Arduini Residence-Guest Room

10 photos 2nd floor bonus room serves as guest room (Crate and Barrel chairs convert to twin beds) and cozy TV room/game room. Old dresser was painted yellow/white and holds TV and storage for client and guests.

Main St., Zionsville

23 photos Home was built with a craftsman style. Transforming some of the key features into a more transitional aesthetic. Mantle was redesigned after the stacked stone was added to the fireplace.
Structural posts dividing dining room and family room were reconfigured into a "corner" with custom cabinet. Old built-ins were removed in dining room and new lighted cabinet was custom built with doors.

Miller lake home Project-Indianapolis

7 photos Small home with a big lake view. Our serene color palette was chosen to enhance natures beauty outside the large picture windows in the sunroom at the back of the home. This home was a down size move for my clients from a large family home. All furnishing and accessories were new to this space except for the oak dining table and chandelier which my client chose to use. We had the chairs reupholstered.

Ashton Master bath renovation

13 photos Early 90's master bath renovation. We changed the configuration of the bathroom by moving the tub away from the window and adding a walk-in linen closet. Heated floors, chrome and glass hardware and faucets by Brizo. Direct Plus supplied us with our cabinets.
Thank you to Jeri Norris of By Design for managing the technical and scheduling aspects of this project as well as sharing your skilled subs!

Arduini Residence-Master Bedroom

12 photos Large Master bedroom that begged to be divided into more usable space. My client was using her dining room to study for classes. I transformed the front part of the master bedroom into a feminine sitting room with custom desk/storage cabinets and custom millwork that defines the sitting area from the sleeping area. Glass shelves help define but not close off.
Our color palette came from a painting her mother did and all the furniture were either personal antiques or resale "finds" that we had refinished.
